The resort will be sold to a combination of local families and a group of undisclosed investors.Among the local families involved in the purchase is the family of Mike Corbat, who previously served as the CEO of Citigroup from 2012 to 2020. During his tenure at Citigroup, Mike resided in New York City.Another family taking part in the acquisition is the family of Eric Macy.
