Don’t Delay, Get Your Epic Pass Before The Price Increase

The 2023/24 Epic Pass from Vail Resorts is currently available for purchase, providing access to a range of top-tier mountain resorts, including Vail Mountain, Whistler Blackcomb, Park City Mountain Resort, Breckenridge Mountain Resort, and more. Despite the winter season being months away, there are compelling reasons to buy an Epic Pass before Memorial Day. Here are five key incentives:

Firstly, by purchasing an Epic Pass now, customers can secure it at the lowest price offered throughout the year. After May 29, prices will increase. Locking in the pass at the lowest price possible ensures skiers and riders get the best value. Presently, the Epic Pass is priced at $909 ($463 for children aged 5-12), the Epic Local Pass at $676 ($351 for children aged 5-12), the Epic Military Pass at $159, and the Epic Day Pass, which can be customised with three levels of resort access, starting from $86 per day to ski or ride resorts like Vail Mountain.

Those interested in purchasing an Epic Pass to take advantage of this lowest-price opportunity can compare all the available options, including regional passes, on the Epic Pass website.

Secondly, individuals who buy their Epic Pass before May 29 will receive two discounted Buddy Tickets. These tickets offer up to a 45% discount on lift tickets, enabling pass holders to share enjoyable days with their friends and family at their favourite resorts.

Thirdly, purchasing the Epic Pass before the Memorial Day deadline provides the last chance to secure the pass by paying only $49 at checkout, with zero interest. The remaining balance can be paid in September (payment policies may vary depending on the product). After May 29, the $49 down payment option will no longer be available. Alternatively, Pass Holders can opt for Epic FlexPay, which offers a buy-now-pay-later option with zero down payment, zero interest, and, if purchased by May 29, zero payments until September.

Additionally, a new benefit this year is that Epic Pass Holders will have exclusive access to a summer lodging sale from May 25 to 30. Pass Holders who have already purchased their 2023/24 Epic Pass will be eligible for a 20% discount on room rates, along with an additional 20% off through Epic Mountain Rewards benefits. To book the Pass Holder Exclusive Summer Sale, individuals can sign into their Epic Pass account, select the sale, and search for lodging options across eligible mountain resorts. Various accommodations are available, such as The Lodge at Vail, The Arrabelle, The Hythe, The Osprey, The Pines, One Ski Hill Place, Gravity Haus Breckenridge, Keystone Lodge & Spa, Hyatt Place Keystone, The Lodge at Mountaineer Square, The Grand Lodge Hotel & Suites, Plaza Condominiums, Grand Summit Hotel, Apex Residences, Silverado Lodge, Sundial Lodge, and more in different regions.

Finally, Epic Pass Holders can enjoy additional benefits during the summer season. They receive free Summer Scenic Gondola rides and can save 20% on bike rentals, golf (at select resorts), on-mountain food and beverage, and lodging. This allows Pass Holders to partake in various activities such as mountain biking, hiking, sightseeing, and mountain coasters. However, it's important to note that Epic Day Pass holders are excluded from free Summer Scenic Gondola rides. More details on summer activities at Vail Resorts' portfolio will be announced in the coming weeks, with opening dates subject to change based on snowmelt and trail conditions.

It's worth mentioning that all passes are non-refundable unless covered by Epic Coverage. Epic Coverage provides refunds in specific cases such as resort closures
