Taking On The Mothership KT-22 | Palisades Tahoe
Getting to ride at Palisades Tahoe and taking on the legendary KT-22 lift has long been a bucket list item. In February of 2023 we were able to get out to Lake Tahoe in what has become a record breaking season. We had purchased our lift tickets for Palisades Tahoe months in advance so the weather conditions would be completely in the hands of the snow gods. After visiting Alpine Meadows the day before we had nearly frozen to death on multiple lifts plus saw 2-3 inches of fresh snow fall around 4pm, this had us excited for what was to come the following day when we would take on the Mothership.
