Each winter season the base area of Brundage Mountain resort sees around 320” of incredibly light and fluffy Idaho powder, this means the summit of the resort at over 7,800ft would see north of 350” of snow that's just waiting to be found in and around the legendary tree runs. This snow packs in the countless glades and snowfields that are not marked on the trail map but are dotted all over between the marked trails. If you want the best snow in Idaho you will have to get off the groomer and go between the trees.

Beginner riders or families with children, this mountain is a must for you with their beginner zone which has a magic carpet and lift Brundage Mountain resort will have you craving your first turns in no time. If you are looking for a little help getting on the mountain the brilliant team at the ski school will teach you how to ski or ride with an extremely friendly and attentive service.

Accommodation options are limited at the base of the resort to RV parking only, however the lakeside mountain town of McCall, Idaho is just down the road and has everything you will need to satisfy any kind of traveller. With plenty of accommodation options found in and around the lakeside town visitors can get a hotel, a motel or even a wooden mountain cabin to recharge after a big day of riding brilliant Idaho powder snow.

Brundage Mountain Resort is only 9 miles from lakeside McCall, Idaho which is roughly a 15-20 minute drive depending on the weather conditions.

From McCall to Brundage: Head north from McCall on Highway 55. The turnoff to Brundage is on the right, approximately 4 miles north of McCall. 

Directions from Boise Airport: Take I-84 West to Exit 46. Travel north toward Eagle / McCall / Emmett. Turn east (right) onto E. State Street / ID-44. Turn left (north) on Highway 55. Travel 100 miles to McCall, then continue north on 55. The turn-off to Brundage will be on the right approximately 4 miles north of McCall.
