Winter at Alpe di Siusi typically extends from early December through mid-April, with peak snow conditions from January through early March. The area's south-facing aspect is countered by comprehensive snowmaking covering 98% of all marked runs, ensuring consistent coverage throughout the season. Early season operations focus on central routes before expanding across the entire plateau by late December. Spring brings exceptional skiing conditions with firm morning snow softening perfectly by mid-morning, complemented by increasing sunshine hours and spectacular Dolomite views. The season concludes with April's traditional on-mountain celebrations of South Tyrolean culture.
