Season Info

When winter blankets the Bernese Oberland from December through April, Adelboden/Lenk transforms into a snow sports paradise with particularly reliable conditions from January through March. Annual World Cup preparations ensure exceptional early-season piste maintenance on the Chuenisbärgli, while comprehensive snowmaking across key sectors maintains consistent coverage throughout the season. The area's varied aspects create interesting microclimates, with north-facing slopes preserving excellent snow quality while south-facing sectors offer abundant sunshine on colder days. Late-season visitors appreciate how the higher altitude sections maintain good conditions into April, often delivering perfect spring skiing under increasingly longer daylight hours.
