Only $18 Million For A Newly Built Luxury Boutique Hotel in Niseko

Niseko, which is hands down the most popular ski resort in Japan, is renowned for its picturesque landscapes, tranquil environment, and perfect skiing conditions. Nestled in the midst of the serene Hirafu ski village, a newly-built boutique hotel featuring 14 luxury condominiums is up for sale. This exquisite hotel is a masterpiece of design and architecture, showcasing a luxurious sanctuary that perfectly combines aesthetics, comfort, and functionality.

Hirafu, the bustling ski village where the hotel is located, is a unique place. Unlike the other three villages at the bottom of the mountain, which mainly consist of hotels and parking areas, Hirafu boasts a charming European-style village with a mixture of private residences, shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes. Hirafu is also known for its vibrant nightlife, which includes a variety of activities, such as karaoke, clubbing, and live music performances.

The boutique hotel, named Shinka Niseko, was developed by the renowned ski tour operator SkiJapan.com. Pete Murphy, the founder and CEO of SkiJapan.com, saw the immense potential of investing in the Niseko ski area and decided to create this stunning hotel. However, SkiJapan.com is primarily a ski tour operator and not a real estate business, and so Murphy has decided to divest the property and focus on his core business.

The three-storey property features ski lockers, heated floors, and an underground parking garage. All 14 condominiums have wrap-around balconies and central air conditioning, ensuring that they can be used year-round. In addition, the hotel also includes a ground floor retail space that is ideal for a restaurant, further adding to the hotel's charm and appeal. The hotel's stunning design is the work of architect Katsuya Matsunaga and interior designer Ryo Miyagaki, who previously designed Annupuri's The Kamui Niseko.

Niseko United, located on Japan's island of Hokkaido, is one of the most sought-after ski resorts in the world, attracting skiers and snowboarders from all over the globe. With more than 800 acres of skiable terrain, serviced by 30 lifts and three gondolas, Niseko is a skier's paradise. The resort is known for its incredible snowfall, with more than 50ft (15m) of snowfall every year. Niseko provides access to the famous Japanese powder, known as 'Japow', through several backcountry access gates that are closely monitored by the resort operator.

For those with an Ikon season pass, access to Niseko United is easy, as they can scan their Ikon passes straight at the gates of the resort. Ikon pass holders can choose between Niseko All Mountain 5 or 7-day passes, or up to 4 days on the Ikon Session Pass. With easy access to Niseko United, Shinka Niseko is the perfect place for skiers and snowboarders looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in the heart of Hirafu village.

In conclusion, Shinka Niseko is a unique and luxurious boutique hotel, situated in the middle of the bustling Hirafu ski village, and is perfect for those looking for the ultimate skiing experience. With its stunning design, modern amenities, and easy access to Niseko United, Shinka Niseko is sure to provide guests with an unforgettable experience.
