Ascending to 11,675 feet, Aspen Highlands stands as one of North America's most distinctive mountain experiences. Known for its legendary Highland Bowl and uncrowded slopes, this 1,040-acre terrain offers everything from gentle learning areas to some of Colorado's most challenging descents. The mountain's authentic character and spectacular views of the Maroon Bells have made it a favorite among locals and visitors seeking a more intimate skiing experience.

The three high-speed quads and two triple chairs at Aspen Highlands efficiently transport skiers across the mountain's diverse terrain. The Deep Temerity lift provides access to 1,000 vertical feet of steep, challenging runs, while the Cloud Nine high-speed quad delivers riders to both pristine groomers and the famous Highland Bowl hiking terrain. With minimal lift lines and strategic placement, our lift network ensures maximum time on the slopes.

Just four miles from downtown Aspen, Highlands offers a quick escape into Colorado's rugged mountains. The free shuttle service connects you to all four Aspen Snowmass mountains, while the base area provides essential services without the crowds. Operating at a higher elevation than many Colorado resorts, Highlands benefits from consistent snow conditions throughout the season.
