    Boyne Mountain Lift System

    Boyne Mountain's efficient network of 12 lifts, including high-speed quads and magic carpets, ensures maximum time on the slopes. Our lift infrastructure can transport over 18,000 skiers per hour, minimizing wait times even during peak seasons. The Mountain Express chairlift whisks you to the summit in just over 3 minutes, providing quick access to 60 diverse trails.

    Located in Boyne Falls, Michigan, just 270 miles north of Detroit, Boyne Mountain offers easy accessibility while maintaining its northern forest charm. The resort sits within minutes of charming lakeside towns, with Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and Charlevoix nearby. Our location near Lake Michigan's snow belt ensures generous annual snowfall, complemented by stunning views of the surrounding Midwest wilderness.

    Season Info

    Winter transforms Boyne Mountain into a snow-covered playground from mid-November through early April. Our advanced snowmaking system blankets 95% of the terrain, guaranteeing reliable conditions throughout the season. Beyond skiing, winter at Boyne Mountain comes alive with night skiing, tubing, ice skating, and cross-country adventures across 35km of groomed trails.
