    Located just 23 miles from Helena, Montana, Great Divide offers unmatched convenience for both day trips and extended stays. The resort sits at a base elevation of 5,750 feet, rising to a summit of 7,330 feet. Easy access from Interstate 15 makes Great Divide perfectly positioned for visitors from across Montana and neighboring states.

    Season Info

    With an impressive average of 150 inches of annual snowfall and comprehensive snowmaking capabilities, Great Divide typically operates from early November through late March. The mountain's northern exposure helps preserve excellent snow conditions throughout the season. Bluebird days are common here, offering stunning views of the surrounding Helena National Forest.
