Since 1939, this family-oriented mountain has provided memorable skiing experiences for generations, combining rich history with modern amenities. With 43 trails spread across 133 skiable acres, Catamount caters to every skill level, from first-time skiers to expert riders seeking steep challenges.
Catamount's efficient lift network keeps you moving smoothly across the mountain. Our system includes two triple chairs, three double chairs, and four surface lifts, providing access to every corner of the resort. The Ridge Quad chairlift, our newest addition, whisks skiers to the summit in just minutes, offering spectacular views of both the Berkshires and Taconic mountain ranges during the ride.

Winter transforms Catamount into a snow-covered playground from December through March. Our advanced snowmaking system blankets 97% of our terrain, ensuring reliable conditions throughout the season.
