    Gore Mountain Lift System

    Gore Mountain's network of 14 lifts ensures smooth access to all terrain zones. The high-speed Adirondack Express II and Northwoods Gondola deliver skiers quickly to the summit, while strategically placed quad chairs serve the mountain's distinct areas. This efficient system can transport over 14,000 skiers per hour, minimizing wait times even during peak periods.

The surrounding Adirondack region offers abundant lodging options, from slope-side accommodations to cozy village inns. Easy access via I-87 makes Gore an ideal destination for both weekend trips and extended mountain getaways.

    Season Info

    Winter transforms Gore into a snow sports destination from mid-November through mid-April. Our sophisticated snowmaking system blankets 98% of terrain, complementing natural snowfall that averages 150 inches annually. Spring skiing often extends well into April, offering long days of sunshine and perfectly groomed conditions.
