    At 7,533 feet above sea level, Mt Ashland offers a pure Pacific Northwest skiing experience. Since 1964, this community-operated resort has welcomed skiers and snowboarders to its challenging terrain and powder-filled bowls. With 240 acres of skiable terrain across 23 runs, Mt Ashland provides an authentic mountain experience for all skill levels.

    Mt Ashland Lift System

    Four lifts serve Mt Ashland's diverse terrain, including the Windsor triple chair that rises to the summit's spectacular views. Our lift network efficiently connects 1,150 feet of vertical drop, accessing everything from gentle learning slopes to expert chutes. The Ariel chairlift opens up access to our legendary bowl skiing and advanced terrain.

    Location & Getting There

    Just 30 minutes from Ashland, Oregon, our ski area sits in the stunning Siskiyou Mountains. The drive up from town takes you through beautiful forest roads to our base elevation of 6,383 feet. We're easily accessible from Medford International Airport and Interstate 5, making us an ideal destination for both local skiers and visitors to Southern Oregon.

    Season Info

    Mt Ashland typically operates from December through April, blessed with an average annual snowfall of 265 inches. The mountain's unique position in Southern Oregon creates excellent conditions, with frequent powder days throughout the winter season. Spring skiing often brings stunning clear days with views extending to Mount Shasta and the Cascade Range.
