Brundage Mountain Opens Idaho’s Newest Express Lift

Brundage Mountain introduces the Centennial Express, a modern, high-speed, four-seater lift, replacing the 32-year-old Centennial Triple, dramatically reducing ride time from 16 to 6 minutes. Celebrating the launch with free coffee, donuts, and gear, Brundage now boasts two high-speed quads. Despite this season's low snowfall, the resort is optimistic about the upcoming heavy snow predictions, potentially adding significant snow coverage to its currently open 27 of 70 trails.

Centennial Triple At Brundage Mountain Takes Last Turns

Brundage Mountain Resort bids farewell to the iconic Centennial Triple Chair, which has been a part of their skiing experience for 32 and a half years. The resort will replace it with a state-of-the-art Dopplmayr 4CLD high-speed detachable quad, the Centennial Express, that reduces the ride time from 16 to just 6 minutes, allowing more people to access the mountain. The resort's ten-year improvement plan includes a new day lodge, on-site lodging, and on-mountain recreation upgrades, with an investment of $25 to $30 million over the next 2-3 years.
