The North Star Express quad chair serves as the main artery of the mountain, whisking riders to the summit in just minutes.     Location & Getting There

    Located in southeastern British Columbia, Kimberley Alpine Resort is just minutes from the historic downtown of Kimberley. The resort is easily accessible, situated 20 minutes from the Canadian Rockies International Airport in Cranbrook. The surrounding Kootenay region offers additional winter activities, making Kimberley an ideal base for exploring the best of British Columbia's winter landscape.

    Season Info

    Kimberley's season typically runs from early December through mid-April, blessed with an average annual snowfall of 4 meters (13 feet). The region's unique microclimate creates consistent conditions throughout the winter, with frequent sunny days complementing the excellent snow coverage. Night skiing adds another dimension to the winter experience, available on select trails Thursday through Saturday.
