A-Basin To Open This Sunday – 2nd in Colorado

The race to the hill is now in full swing as Arapahoe Basin (A-Basin) announces that they will be the second Colorado ski resort to welcome visitors for the 21/22 season. Announcing the news on their social media A-Basin has let everyone know that from this coming Sunday 17th of October riders will be able to ride the Black Mountain Express chair and take runs down the High Noon ski run. However, this is the first major snowfall for the season so it’s highly unlikely that there will be enough snow on the mountain to support more than a few ski runs to open. No one wants to have a cheeky rock sneak up on them and ruin the season before its already begun.
