Yesterday, on March 24, 2023, Bear Valley Mountain Resort in California broke its 40-year-old snowfall record from the 1982-1983 winter season. The previous record of 639 inches was surpassed this week with a total of 648 inches of snow, after an additional 2 inches fell overnight. This is a historic all-time high for the resort.Fortunately, despite the unprecedented snowfall, Bear Valley Mountain Resort is scheduled to open tomorrow.
