To address traffic and parking congestion during peak times at its Tahoe-area resorts, Vail Resorts will introduce a combination of paid parking and reservation systems. The upcoming ski season will see Northstar, Heavenly, and Kirkwood resorts implement a mix of free and paid parking options during weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
