Taos Ski Valley in New Mexico has several major projects in the pipeline, as the Carson National Forest is currently soliciting public comments for various proposals put forth by Taos. These proposals consist of a number of initiatives, including the construction of a base-to-base gondola, the replacement of Lifts 2 and 8, and the creation of a 33-acre cross-country skiing and snowshoeing centre.
