In fact, it has only happened a few times in the area's history, most recently in March 2019 when the area celebrated "FebruBuried" after receiving over 11 feet of snow in February. The May 6th celebration will commemorate this achievement and bring to a close what has been an epic 2022-23 winter season.During the extended season, Bogus Basin will operate daily through April 16th, and then transition to Fridays through Sundays until April 30th. Weather and conditions permitting, the area will end its historic season with an aMAYzing 100" party on Saturday, May 6th.
