Le Massif de Charlevoix, one of Quebec's top ski resorts, is expanding its slopeside lodging options with the announcement of a new apartment/hotel called Le Camp de Base - Secteur Grande Pointe. The project, which will cost $40 million, will be located near the Grande-Pointe lift and just steps away from the gondola and Club Med Québec Charlevoix.Featuring 118 rooms and suites, the accommodations at Le Camp de Base will range in size from 409 to 678 square feet, with select units boasting a balcony. Among the property's amenities will be an outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, a fitness room, a ski storage area, and a bicycle storage area. The first units will go on sale this summer, with the first batch of rooms projected to open in the fall of 2025.
