Reports indicate that Ludlow received approximately six inches of rainfall during this storm. The town experienced widespread flooding due to its proximity to Jewell Brook and the Black River. One of the entrances to Okemo Mountain Resort was affected by a mudslide, which flowed onto Route 100 and the parking lot of the Okemo Marketplace.The marketplace houses various businesses, such as Darkside Snowboards, Ludlow Pharmacy, Java Baba's, Tygart Mountain Sports, and the town's US Postal Service office.
