
Beaver Mountain Announces New Base Lodge

Beaver Mountain is enhancing its quaint base area facilities with an exciting upgrade in progress. The charming family-owned ski resort in Utah is dedicated to the construction of a brand-new base lodge during this summer season. As reported by HJ News, this lodge, spanning an expansive 25,000 square feet, is set to encompass a delightful café, a retail emporium, versatile rental spaces, a hub for snow sports instruction, a convenient locker room, and an efficient ticket office. Complementing these amenities, a novel parking lot will also be erected, generously offering 110 spaces for visitors.The forthcoming lodge, christened as "Marge’s Cabin" in honour of one of the original proprietors, was unveiled through captivating renderings showcased by the resort on Monday. The lodge exudes a captivating allure, boasting abundant space to accommodate the influx of guests, all while being conveniently adjacent to the Harry’s Dream chairlift. Feedback from patrons thus far has been overwhelmingly positive, with its contemporary design harmoniously blending with the distinct architectural essence of Beaver Mountain’s base area. Anticipated to reach completion by the autumn of 2024, the new lodge is poised to bring fresh allure to the resort. Following this milestone, plans are in place for revitalising the Food Service Lodge. In a landscape dominated by corporate entities, Beaver Mountain stands as a cherished independent gem within the United States' skiing landscape, an imperative addition to any skiing enthusiast's bucket list.
