This project, along with the installation of a new six-person lift called the Wild Spur Express in Vasquez Ridge, represents an impressive $75 million investment in improving the overall experience.Furthermore, Winter Park Resort is investing nearly $30 million in on-mountain and base-area upgrades, such as snowmaking, innovative food and beverage options, and revamped retail and rental services. In total, they have dedicated over $100 million to capital improvements in preparation for the upcoming winter season.Conifer Commons, the employee housing complex, broke ground in 2022 and is expected to be ready for residents in mid-fall.
