
Final Apartment in Luxury Falls Creek Ski Lodge Hits Market for $4.75M

The founders of Tribe Hotels, Melissa and Mark Peters, have listed the final apartment in their beautifully renovated 1970s ski lodge at Falls Creek in Victoria’s alpine region. With an asking price of $4.75 million, the apartment offers stunning views and luxurious features that are sure to impress.Melissa and Mark Peters became well-known for their modular accommodation brand, Tribe Hotels, which they later sold to French hotel chain Accor in 2019. In addition to their hotel ventures, the Peters have also developed an exclusive ski chalet at 1 Arlberg St, Falls Creek, consisting of eight residences, most of which were sold off the plan. One of these homes is reported to have already set a record for Falls Creek, although the exact price remains undisclosed.

The apartment is listed by Zirky Real Estate's Christina Smit and features an expansive 212 sq m living space, a 21 sq m balcony, and private ski equipment storage.The Peters teamed up with Kerry Phelan Design Office to oversee the transformation of the lodge. The property has gone from being a beloved 70s-era ski lodge to a modern and luxurious alpine residence, while still preserving some of its original charm. High ceilings, a stone wall, and other 70s design elements have been kept, blending old-world charm with contemporary style.The apartment boasts high-end features like a spa, a double-sided Austrian fireplace, and a work-from-home area equipped with two desks.
