As August rolls on, many skiers and riders are already counting down the days until the 2024 ski season begins. Thankfully, Vail Resorts has released the official opening dates for 11 of its ski resorts spread across North America, including some exciting updates for the new season.The first to open this season is expected to be Keystone, Colorado. Although the exact date is still to be confirmed, weather conditions point to a likely opening in mid-October. Keystone typically leads the charge each year, making it a favourite for those eager to get back on the slopes as early as possible. Following Keystone, Breckenridge is set to open on November 8, kicking off the main season for many of Vail's iconic resorts.
