Utah's Ski Season Kicks Off as Brian Head Resort Opens November 8 Brian Head Resort takes the lead as Utah's first ski resort to open for the 2024-25 season, welcoming skiers and riders on Friday, November 8, at 10:00 am. The resort offers top-to-bottom skiing on Navajo Mountain, marking a milestone as their second-earliest opening in 60 years.Opening day features four trails ready for action: Paradise with full top-to-bottom access, plus Strip, Freemont, and Easy Time trails. Skiers can join the first-chair celebration at 10:00 am at the Navajo Express lift.
