Thredbo Releases 2025 Season Pass with Discounts and New Options
Thredbo Resort has announced its 2025 season pass, featuring early bird discounts and new affordable options for first-time skiers and riders. The pass goes on sale from March 27 to April 10, offering a $250 discount with a $50 deposit and two instalment payments. This early purchase opportunity allows skiers and riders to secure their passes at a reduced rate before the full price takes effect.

The 2025 season pass provides significant value, paying for itself in just seven days of skiing. Pass holders receive various benefits, including exclusive discounts, bring-a-friend vouchers, and access to the Leisure Centre and Alpine Coaster. For those looking to explore beyond Thredbo, an Ikon Base Pass add-on is available, granting access to 14 destinations with unlimited skiing and up to 5 days at 39 additional locations.
Thredbo has introduced new options to attract beginners, with a Learn to Ski package starting at $99. This package includes a group lesson and a Friday Flat lift pass. The resort also offers early bird savings of up to 30% for adults and 50% for children, as well as mid-week discounts of up to 50%. Online purchases can save guests up to 10% on same-day lift passes compared to window prices.
For non-skiers, Thredbo offers a Winter Experience Pass, which includes scenic Merritts Gondola access, an Alpine Coaster ride, and entry to the Thredbo Leisure Centre.

The 2025 season pass sale presents an opportunity for skiers and riders to plan ahead and save on their winter adventures at Thredbo. With a range of options catering to different skill levels and interests, the resort aims to make skiing and snowboarding more accessible to a broader audience. Early birds can take advantage of the discounted rates and payment plans, ensuring they're ready for the slopes when the season begins.
