The valet service is straightforward to use. After renting gear from any Falls Creek Sports outlet, customers can drop off their equipment at the Village Bowl store at the end of each day. This includes skis, snowboards, boots, and poles. The store's staff will ensure that boots are dried and ready for use the next morning. Customers can leave their street shoes at the store while on the slopes, exchanging them for their boots upon return.

This service is exclusively available to those who rent and collect their equipment from Falls Creek Sports. The Village Bowl store operates from 8am to 5:30pm, providing ample time for gear drop-off and collection.
