Season Info

Thanks to its elevation and northern exposure, Mt Rose typically enjoys one of the longest seasons in the Tahoe region. The winter season usually runs from late October through April, with annual snowfall averaging 350 inches. When storms roll in from the Pacific, Mt Rose's unique position often means deeper powder than neighboring resorts. Spring brings perfect corn snow conditions and stellar views of both Lake Tahoe and Reno.
