    Mt Hood Meadows Lift System

    Mt Hood Meadows' network of 11 lifts provides swift access to 85 named runs, from gentle learning slopes to challenging steeps. Our high-speed quads serve up panoramic views while efficiently moving you to your next adventure, with a combined uphill capacity of 20,000 riders per hour. The Vista Express whisks you to 7,300 feet, revealing breathtaking views of the Cascade Range.

    Just 67 miles east of Portland, Mt Hood Meadows combines accessible adventure with pristine wilderness. The drive along the Mt Hood Scenic Byway takes you through charming mountain communities before arriving at our basecamp at 5,366 feet. Multiple lodging options in nearby Government Camp and Hood River make it easy to turn your ski day into an extended mountain retreat.

    Season Info

    With an average annual snowfall of 430 inches, Mt Hood Meadows delivers consistent conditions from November through May. Our higher elevation ensures quality snow throughout the season, while advanced grooming maintains perfect corduroy on our cruisers. Spring brings legendary corn snow and sun-soaked slopes, creating ideal conditions for extended days on the mountain.
