Season Info

The Kronplatz winter season typically runs from early December through mid-April, with optimal conditions from January through March. The area benefits from its strategic position at the Dolomites' northern edge, receiving consistent snowfall from both Mediterranean and Alpine weather systems. Early season operations concentrate around north-facing sectors before expanding across the entire mountain by Christmas week. February delivers peak snow conditions, particularly on the Olang face, while March brings excellent spring skiing with reliable morning conditions after overnight freezes. The resort follows the Dolomiti Superski calendar, with special events including January's World Cup races and March's summit concerts.
