X-Games 2021 (USA) was held over the last weekend in its natural home of Aspen, CO. Contestant from all over the world made the pilgrimage to Aspen a little differently this year due to the ongoing pandemic and needed to arrive with enough time to quarantine.A number of key standouts had to miss the event this year like superstar snowboarder Mark McMorris who sadly tested positive to Covid-19 upon returning from Switzerland after the LAAX open. All the events this year were closed to the public to ensure the safety of everyone competing and the local mountain community of Aspen.
