As the USA ski season begins to wind down and many resorts shut up shop on what was probably the wildest, craziest and most unique operating season to date we wanted to take a look back at who got the most snowfall. At the start of the season there were many predictions that we could see a stellar season due to the La Niña forecast, and whilst there were some records smashed in the Pacific Northwest (3 WA resorts in the top 10) the rest of the country was what some would call average or below average. Alaska was alaska and due to their positioning they always have plenty of snowfall.Ski resorts in Utah and Colorado had a bit of a ying and yang season where a few storms came in at the start but then disappeared until late Feb and only then did the riding get good, we have even seen some incredible storms roll in mid-april just as the resorts we starting to wind down or pack up shop. Here is the top 10 based on the fresh snowfall stats we could get from the resort websites. #10 - Mt.
