Cranmore Mountain Resort, located in North Conway, New Hampshire, is currently undergoing a major redevelopment. This winter, the ski resort welcomed a new Fairfield Inn & Suites and plans to open a new lodge/real estate development, called The Lookout, next winter. According to NH Business Review, The Lookout will include 17 residences ranging from 1170 to 2490 square feet in size, with two, three, and four-bedroom units available. The smaller units will occupy one floor, while the larger units will span multiple levels. The first floor of the development will house Cranmore's first-aid facility, while the rest will be dedicated to residences.Since acquiring Cranmore in 2010, the Fairbank Group has invested over $127 million in modernising the ski resort. This has included adding three new chairlifts, upgrading the Skimobile Express Quad, building a downhill mountain park, adding summer attractions, improving snowmaking, and enhancing their real estate offerings with the Kearsarge Brook Condominium.
