Snowbird in Utah has broken its all-time snowfall record as of 9:30 am on the 22/23 season. With a total of 785" of snowfall, the resort has surpassed the previous record of 783" set in the 2010/11 season. This season has also seen 48 days with 6" or more of new snow and a base depth of 16 feet. The resort is locates in Little Cottonwood Canyon which is no stranger to extreme snowfalls but this season is record smashing.
