The Margaritaville franchise, renowned for its tropical vibe, is embarking on a new adventure in the snowy landscape of Lake Tahoe with its first-ever ski property. Located at the base of Heavenly Mountain Resort in South Lake Tahoe, it will be the only all-suite resort in the area, just steps away from the gondola. Set to open in winter 2023, the resort promises a unique experience, combining the charm of Margaritaville with the allure of a premier year-round adventure and ski destination in the United States.Managed by Davidson Resorts, the third-party group overseeing the property, Steve Contos, the Executive Vice President, eagerly anticipates introducing the iconic brand to Lake Tahoe. This will be the fourth Margaritaville property in the western United States, adding to the brand's growing presence in the region.
