Season Info

Winter transforms Sugarloaf into Maine's longest-running ski season, typically operating from mid-November through early May. The mountain's high elevation and northern location combine to create ideal conditions for consistent snowfall, supplemented by advanced snowmaking coverage across 618 acres. Spring brings the famous "soft snow" season, when warmer temperatures and abundant sunshine create perfect conditions for late-season skiing.
