    Location & Getting There

Positioned along the Continental Divide just 68 miles from Denver, Arapahoe Basin sits at the eastern edge of Summit County on US Highway 6. The proximity to Denver makes it an accessible destination for day trips, while its location near Keystone and other Summit County resorts creates opportunities for varied multi-mountain adventures.

    Season Info

While most resorts wind down in spring, A-Basin often continues operations into early summer, sometimes as late as July 4th. The mountain typically opens in October, offering one of the first chances to ski in Colorado each season. High elevation and favorable weather patterns create exceptional snow conditions throughout an extended season that can last up to 8 months.
