Mission Ridge rises from the eastern slopes of the Cascades, offering a unique high-desert skiing experience at 6,820 feet. Known for its consistent light, dry snow and 300 days of sunshine annually, this 2,000-acre resort brings something different to Washington skiing. Since 1966, Mission Ridge has combined challenging terrain with reliable conditions, creating an atmosphere where families and advanced skiers alike find their perfect lines.

Mission Ridge Lift System
Five lifts serve Mission Ridge's varied terrain, each accessing distinct mountain zones. The Liberator Express, our high-speed quad, efficiently delivers skiers to expansive views and diverse runs. Chair 2 serves up access to renowned expert terrain, while Chair 4 opens the door to wide-open bowls and gladed areas. Our beginner area features dedicated learning lifts, creating a comfortable space for newcomers to build confidence away from advanced terrain.

Location & Getting There
Mission Ridge stands 12 miles south of Wenatchee in central Washington, just under three hours from Seattle. The drive up Mission Ridge Road reveals dramatic shifts from shrub-steppe to alpine environment, showcasing the area's distinct ecosystem. This location east of the Cascade crest creates a microclimate of drier snow and clearer skies, while operating on Forest Service land within the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest provides stunning natural surroundings. From the summit, skiers enjoy sweeping views of the Columbia River Valley and the Stuart Range.
