    Summit at Snoqualmie Lift System

    Twenty-five lifts across four mountain areas ensure varied skiing experiences for every visitor. Summit West's lifts serve perfect learning terrain, while Summit Central's network includes the region's most extensive night skiing operation. Summit East's lifts access hidden powder stashes and gladed runs, and Alpental's chairs climb to expert terrain and infamous back bowls. Our modern lift system efficiently moves skiers across all four areas, with high-speed quads at key locations minimizing wait times during peak periods.

    Location & Getting There

    Positioned at Snoqualmie Pass along Interstate 90, The Summit offers unparalleled access from both sides of the Cascades. Just 52 miles east of Seattle and 52 miles west of Ellensburg, the resort sits within the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest. This central location combines easy access with true mountain atmosphere, while four distinct base areas spread across the pass provide options for varying weather conditions. On clear days, skiers enjoy spectacular views stretching from Mount Rainier to Mount Baker.

    Season Info

    Operating from late November through mid-April, The Summit at Snoqualmie receives an average of 435 inches of annual snowfall. Our extensive snowmaking system supplements natural snow across all base areas, ensuring reliable coverage throughout the season. Winter brings deep powder days, while spring offers sun-soaked skiing with extended hours for night operations. The varied aspects of our four mountain areas help preserve snow quality across different conditions and times of season.
