Stowe, VT Gears Up For First Season of Paid Parking

Paid parking seems to slowly be making its way across many of the ski resorts in the United States as they try to control the insane number of visitors who are getting out on the mountains.

With these new changes coming into effect there is of course plenty of opinions on whether it’s the right thing to do.

As Stowe Mountain Resort inches closer to the start of the winter season there are a few notes they have started to advise in preparation for the changes. The good thing is that no all parking is paid and there will still be free spots where you can jump on a shuttle bus to get to the main base areas, it’s just the more premium and closer parking lots that will be costing visitors.
